Q: Are the slippers non-slip?
A: Yes! All slippers have rubberized soles for grip—safe for wood or tile floors. Perfect for at-home use.
Q: Are the high heels comfortable for all-day wear?
A: Most styles have padded insoles and stable heels (2-3 inches). For longer wear, we suggest our “low-heel” options (1.5 inches)—details on Shopify product pages.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Q: What if the shoes don’t fit?
A: Exchange for a different size within 15 days—unused, original tags/packaging intact. We cover shipping for exchanges; just email us your order number.
Q: Can I return shoes if they’re scuffed?
A: No—used shoes (scuffed soles, stained fabric) are ineligible. Inspect shoes upon delivery; report damage within 48 hours via email.

Q: Do you offer wide-width options?

Q: Can I gift-wrap shoes for someone?
