By purchasing our slippers, high heels, skate shoes, or sneakers via our Shopify store, you agree to these terms. For support, use the contact details below.
1. Account & Shopify Platform
- Registration: Provide accurate details (name, email, shipping address) when creating an account. Update info promptly (e.g., new address for a sneaker order) to avoid delivery delays—shoe shipments require precise delivery coordinates.
- Platform Rules: Our store operates on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment security, account access, and checkout functionality. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use (e.g., unintended high heel purchases).
2. Orders & Payment
- Confirmation: After Shopify checkout, we verify stock (e.g., size 9 skate shoes, fluffy slippers) and check shoe condition (e.g., heel integrity, sneaker fabric) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via your Shopify order link).
- Payments: Prices are final at checkout (excludes taxes/delivery surcharges for Alaska/Hawaii). Shopify Payments secures transactions (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
- Cancellations: No personal cancellations post-confirmation. Forced cancellations incur a 6% fee (covers shoe packaging and order processing costs).
3. Products & Shipping
- Specifications: Product details (size, material, features—e.g., high heel height, sneaker cushioning) follow shoelabo.com’s Shopify product pages. Minor color variations (e.g., slipper fabric shade, skate shoe sole tone) are normal due to production batches.
- Shipping: Adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our Avon Park hub (657 W Carey Ln, Avon Park, FL, 33825) is not for delivery. A $10 re-shipping fee applies for wrong/incomplete addresses.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, unopened, original tags/packaging intact); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., broken heel tips, torn sneaker seams, wrong shoe size).
- Costs: We cover shipping for defective/wrong items. For personal reasons (e.g., changed shoe size needs), you pay return shipping + 5% restocking fee (covers shoe inspection, repackaging—processed via Shopify Refunds).
- Ineligible Items: Used shoes (scuffed soles, stained fabric), shoes without original tags, or customized styles (e.g., monogrammed slippers)—refused.
5. Liability & Updates
- Liability: We’re responsible for manufacturing defects (e.g., loose sneaker laces, faulty high heel straps) but not for damage from improper use (e.g., heel breakage from rough surfaces) or normal wear (e.g., sole wear over time). Shopify handles platform issues (e.g., payment errors).
- Policy Changes: Terms may update—postings on shoelabo.com take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance of updated terms.
