This policy applies to shipping for our slippers, high heels, skate shoes, and sneakers (sold via our Shopify store). For support, use the contact details below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii). No surcharges for rural areas—flat-rate shipping applies to all locations.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
- Hub Location: Orders dispatch from our Avon Park facility (657 W Carey Ln, Avon Park, FL, 33825) or partner warehouses.
- Timeline: 2-4 business days (standard delivery, contiguous U.S.); 5-7 business days (Alaska/Hawaii). No extra delays for delicate items (e.g., high heels with thin soles—packaged for safe transit).
- Protective Packaging: High heels: Individual shoe inserts + rigid boxes (prevents heel bending); Sneakers/skate shoes: Tissue paper (maintains shape) + padded mailers; Slippers: Moisture-proof bags (avoids fabric damage).
3. Shipping Fees
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $80 (applies to all footwear: slippers, heels, sneakers, skate shoes).

6.99 (standard, contiguous U.S.); $12.99 (Alaska/Hawaii). No extra fees for multiple pairs (e.g., 2 pairs of sneakers ship for one fee).
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status in your Shopify account or shoelabo.com’s “My Orders” page. For delayed deliveries or damaged items (e.g., scuffed sneakers, broken heel tips), email ChristopherMoy23@outlook.com with photos (include order number/item name).
5. Key Notes
- Address Accuracy: Double-check details. Wrong addresses cause delays—$12 re-shipping fee applies (covers repackaging and resending).
- Gift Orders: Add a note at checkout for gift wrapping (free); we’ll omit pricing from the package.
